dangerous spur on VRW Expressway removed!

Yesterday the Ode Street Tribune broke the news of a dangerous spur on the Virginia-Rosslyn-Washington Expressway.  By this evening, the spur had been removed. Never under-estimate the value of quality local journalism.

    OH, the WASTE! When will OST investigate who profited from the pouring -- and subsequent removal -- of that spurious spur?
