northside Rt. 50 path to Rosslyn open

A new multi-user path on the north side of Rt. 50 is now open.  The new path begins at the intersection of Pershing Dr. and Rt. 50 and brings traffic into the heart of Rosslyn.  The weather is always better in Rosslyn.  Now more people can more easily get into Rosslyn.
