buildings shaking?

At Westmoreland Terrace Condominium, the management posted a note about two weeks ago regarding Culbertson Company doing exterior facade work. The note told residents to take down any pictures or knick-knacks because the work will cause vibrations to the building. Anyone have any idea when we can put our pictures back up?
