May condo meeting didn't occur because of a lack of a quorum.
The big news: new frontloading washing machines going in about Aug. 20. They'll be operated with a pay-card system; card-charging machine will be located in a window in the condo office. Price rises to $1.25.
Building work to finish in about two weeks.
