Westmoreland Terrance Cond annual meeting is Apr. 28

At the condo meeting Monday night the Board approved a 5% increase in the condo fee. Brickwork on 1301 will start on Apr. 23, should be finished by July 1. All residents are welcomed to attend the condo association Annual Meeting on Apr. 28 at 7pm in the manager's office
