snow and ice not cause for major concern

As of 8:45am this morning, motor vehicles were streaming smoothly into Rosslyn from both directions on Rt. 50. At least one cyclist was observed riding carefully on the Virginia-Rosslyn-Washington cycling thoroughfare. Much of the snow and ice will be melted by this afternoon. Of course some caution is warranted, but conditions could be much worse.
