the howl is gone

Santa Fe Café, "where friends meet for a howling good time," recently closed.  The Santa Fe Café sign is now gone.  As owner Kip Laramie explains in the video below, he needed to get special permission to have a sign that stuck out from the building.  He got permission with the help of the Rosslyn Business Improvement District.  Rosslyn is a good place to have a small business.
