celebrate human power

Last week's Mardi Gras parade included Halo, a human-powered kinetic sculpture that Arlingtonians George Axiotis and Mark Nebeker built and pilot.  They will participate in the upcoming Baltimore Kinetic Sculpture Race.  Imagine what you can do with human power!
