excellent farmstead cheese at local farmers' market

With spring weather, the farmers' market at Courthouse Square / Rosslyn Town Circle is bustling. The farmers' market has gotten a new manager, Community Foodworks. The new manager is committed to increasing access to good, healthy, local food. The market runs every Saturday morning from 8am to noon.

The cheese at the farmers' market is good, healthy, local food. The guy running the stand, who's from Remington, tends the cows that produce the milk that makes the cheese. An Ode Street Tribune investigation found that the mozzarella cheese from this local producer is quite tasty.

The farmers' market formerly held in downtown Rosslyn has been suspended due to construction in the area.

I was wondering why I was feeling less anxiety these days when visiting the farmer's market near the courthouse. The reason, of course, is that the effort to rename courthouse square as rosslyn town circle has reduced ambient stressers immensely. Good work, OST. I will buy more cheese.

There are two ways of making mozzarella cheese. One method makes the cheese in 30 minutes. Making mozzarella the old fashioned way requires about two hours and requires a very precise control of the Ph in the milk. The typical store bought mozzarella uses the 30 minute method. How does this fellow make his mozzarella. go to http://goo.gl/Ouz18Q to see some mozzarella make the old fashioned way.
