first blooms in Rosslyn's famous tulip gardens

Rosslyn's famous tulip gardens in front of Netherlands Carillon are now easily accessible by the Capital Bikeshare station in front of Rosslyn Vista Park. The gardens are about half way between the Rosslyn metro station and the Arlington Cemetery metro station. The Tribune suggests that tulip tourists choose the Rosslyn metro station so that they can marvel at Rosslyn's massive Central Place construction.
