- 12/19/09 -- approx. 5 second power interruption at 3:52 pm
- 12/21/09 -- series of 5 short (roughly 1 second or less) power interruptions at 5:11 pm
- 3/9/10 -- about 5:30pm; long enough to reset clocks

There was an outage March 9th around 5:30 PM. I'm not sure how long the outage was. I'm estimating from my blinking clocks and appliances. Maybe someone else has a more precise time for the outage.
Yup, my clock was blinking, too. I don't have a time estimate on the outage.
