Frank Yoffe has become the new Westmoreland Terrace Condominiums' onsite manager. His hours beginning March 1 will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8am to 4pm. His telephone number at the condo office is 703 276-1833. Frank replaces Phil Bogart, famed for his friendliness and helpfulness, who has retired.
In the video interview below, Frank talks about his background in small businesses and property management. Frank is a second-generation DC-area native with great knowledge and appreciation for the area. We're lucky to have him at Westmoreland while he's looking for a full-time position elsewhere.
