snow removal cost Westmoreland $20,000

Notes from the Westmoreland Condo Board meeting this Monday:
  • snow removal cost Westmoreland $20,000, which is $17,000 over budget.  Money will be transferred from the reserve fund to cover this extraordinary expense
  • A proposed condo budget will be mailed to owners in March in preparation for the annual condo board meeting on April 25
  • one condo board position will be up for election at the April meeting
  • Frank Yoffe has replaced Phil Bogart as the Westmoreland onsite manager.  His hours will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8am to 4pm.
  • skylight replacement is pending in building 1311
  • residents should take care to limit noise that might disturb fellow residents.  One resident is considering having insulation blown in the ceiling space to lessen noise from walking with healed shoes on the floor above
Condo Board members Jose Calvo, Valerie Corda, and Joe Ruland, resident Douglas G., and Property Manager Dennis Freeman attended the meeting.  The next regularly scheduled condo board meeting is Mar. 28 at 7pm in the condo office.
