sidewalk to Rosslyn shrinking

The sidewalk leading to the magnificent Fort Myer Heights Park children's playground and downtown Rosslyn is shrinking from dirt slides, weeds, and branches.  Many persons traverse this sidewalk to get closer to the center of Rosslyn.  The land bordering the sidewalk may be part of Fort Myer Heights Park, or the historically important Westmoreland Terrace Condominiums, or a utility corridor.  Whoever owns the adjacent land should take responsibility for maintaining the sidewalk.
