utility wires should be moved

Branches of a magnificent Oak treek in Rosslyn near the corner of N. Meade St. and 14th St. are at risk of possible harm from utility wires running through its branches. A storm could easily cause the wires to sway and to damage the tree's branches.  Raising the wires to pass more cleanly by the tree's lower branches would help.
