Rosslyn snow sphinx remains standing

As of 6:30pm this evening, the Rosslyn snow sphinx remains standing, struggling valiantly against the onslaught of warm weather.  The snow sphinx mysteriously appeared in Ft. Myer Heights Park about a week ago.  The chances of it surviving through this weekend appear to be grim.
