Rosslyn's famous flower gardens now barren

Don't be anxious or upset. Long-time residents have seen this before. Spring will come.

Those gardens are not barren. There are dozens (maybe hundreds) of different species of mycelium growing underground. The world needs pay more attention to mycelium. I'm surprised that the scientific folks at the Ode Street Times made the error of calling that field barren.

Good point. Everyone should look at that dirt and think of the lush field of mycelium there.
