Bold neighborhood service celebration

In honor of Bold, the Ode Street Tribune's Neighborhood Hero of the Week, last night we organized a volunteer crew of loyal Ode Street Tribune readers to clear the snow off the steps of the pedestrian bridge over Rt. 50.  Continuing this chain reaction of neighborhood service, this morning some other community organization cleared more snow around the pedestrian bridge and added a salt/gravel mix to the stairs.  The pedestrian bridge over Rt. 50 still has packed snow on the top crossing.  But the steps are now much less hazardous to navigate.
