Joe Camel from local cycling team Lanterne Rouge and three friends did not let the arctic weather deter them from a 40 mile bicycle ride this morning. The temperature when they set out was 14F (4F with wind chill).
At least three persons were playing golf this afternoon on East Potomac Golf Course on Hains Point.
Several persons were observed running outside; one person was seen skateboarding.
Despite the difficult circumstances, these persons and others may have actually enjoyed what they did. Consider the possibilities for yourself!
