This past April, two trees were viciously cut down in Ft. Myer Heights Park. Drawing upon Rosslyn's indomitable fighting spirit, their stumps are now valiantly sprouting new green shoots.
The United States Army’s 236th birthday is Tuesday, June 14. As part of your celebration of this birthday, the Ode Street Tribune suggests that you salute these two stumps.
