raccoon spotted at Rosslyn's Westmoreland condos

A fat raccoon was sighted tonight about 9:30pm at the historically important and reportedly haunted Westmoreland Terrace Condominiums.  The raccoon moved briskly across the walkway and crouched at the entrance to a sewer.  Apparently too fat to fit in, the raccoon turned and with embarrassment stared at the Westmoreland resident.  The resident, lacking nerve, turned away.  When he looked back, the raccoon had vanished.

A well-known rabbit lived in the bushes in this area.  The rabbit may now be inside the raccoon's stomach.
