electric Volkswagen being tested in Rosslyn

An electric Volkswagen "e-Golf" is sitting today in the parking lot of the historically important Westmoreland Terrace Condominiums.  The e-Golf is anticipated to go on sale in the U.S. in 2013 or 2014.  A recent story in the Houston Chronicle states that the car is being tested in "Detroit, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. markets."  In fact, the car is being tested in Detroit, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Rosslyn.
